Resolute Executive Vice President Neil Simon was featured in O’Dwyer’s Public Relations News “On the Move” section.

Resolute Public Affairs hires Neil Simon as an EVP. Simon was most recently director of communications for Metro, the Portland, OR regional government. He previously served as global communications director at Tektronix. Prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic, Simon guided the European Union through its public engagement in the US, leading more than 200 in-person and online events. Based in Portland, he now advises Resolute clients across the country.
