Adam is a respected strategist recognized for his ability to navigate difficult, often contentious, legislative, policy and political engagements on behalf of public and private sector organizations. Pragmatic, insightful and a proven problem-solver with substantial policy, government relations, and communications experience, he’s applied these skills across nearly every sector, including transportation, infrastructure, economic development and civic affairs.

Sharply perceptive of the driving forces shaping the global, national and Illinois ecosystems, he understands the dynamics guiding decision making at all levels of government. He’s been at the forefront of many of the most impactful and complex public policy, legislative, land use and infrastructure issues in Chicago, leveraging his abilities to educate and persuade internal and external stakeholders while implementing customized strategies to secure client success.

What sets Adam apart is his deep understanding of the structural issues impacting Chicago and the Midwest region while seamlessly navigating the economic, social, and regulatory challenges the public and private sector face as they look to keep the city competitive in an accelerating and challenging global economy.

Prior to joining Resolute, Adam served in leadership positions in Chicago’s two of Chicago’s most important wards where he managed key portfolios including legislative and governmental relations, economic development, land use and public policy engagements. He also has substantial political campaign experience, having worked on multiple national, state, regional and local campaigns over the years. He served as an Advisor to the 2024 Democratic National Convention Committee that occurred in Chicago.

Adam is a member of the City Club of Chicago and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where he was named an Emerging Leader (cohort of 2023).
