Carvana’s Home Vehicle Delivery Legislation Passes through the Illinois General Assembly

Resolute congratulates Carvana for the recent passage of home vehicle delivery legislation through the Illinois General Assembly! This important legislation passed both chambers unanimously, modernizing Illinois state law and providing greater access to vehicle purchases to working families, individuals with disabilities and Illinoisans that live in traditional car dealership deserts.

Resolute’s Rob Nash and Adam Gypalo led Resolute’s engagement, developing and executing a statewide earned media effort showcasing Carvana’s pioneering efforts to buy and sell used cars online. This effort was supported by a team of client services professionals that included Caroline Haberland-Ervin, Emma Green, and Lily Walsh, which secured coverage from multiple outlets throughout Illinois and provided local reporters the opportunity to speak first-hand with Carvana representatives and customers alike.
