National Crisis Communications Leader Erik Moser Joins Resolute
Erik Moser, a nationally respected crisis communications and reputational risk strategist has joined Resolute as an Executive Vice President. He was most recently the interim lead of the Pacific Northwest, Corporate & Public Affairs for Edelman and the western region lead of Edelman’s U.S Crisis and Risk network.
Erik is a corporate communications leader with 15 years’ experience managing integrated communications strategies that protect brands, mitigate reputational risk and advance business strategies. He has participated in some of the highest profile crisis communications issues in recent history including several significant corporate cyber security incidents. He has also provided strategic communications counsel to many corporate brands including Starbucks, PayPal, The Dow Chemical Company, REI and NRG Energy.

At Resolute, Erik will work with both Resolute Public Affairs and Resolute CyberStrategies clients – advancing business strategies, preparing organizations on mission-critical issues from Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to Cyber and developing long-term reputational management campaigns to mitigate risks in crisis or cyber incidents.
During her seven years at Edelman as SVP of Crisis & Risk Management and Data Security & Privacy, Jamie led teams in the crisis / brand reputation responses for one of the largest airlines in the world, for one of the largest credit card hacks of all time and for one of the largest insurers in the U.S.
Jamie has provided crisis communications counsel to clients across an array of industries and sectors including healthcare, technology, transportation, food and beverage, higher education and consumer products. In her role at Edelman, Jamie supported more than 100 data security & privacy communications engagements for clients facing complex security and privacy issues, such as business email compromises, DDoS attacks and ransomware incidents.
