He also serves as a founder of Resolute Strategic Services, our elite strategic advisory firm that works with C-Suites and boards on security, policy, global competitiveness and geopolitical risks.

Dave has deep experience managing public affairs campaigns, media relations and special events. He has led intensive, high-stakes media campaigns that have produced in-depth coverage in The Washington Post, Financial Times, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and NBC. In the Chicago area, his media relations efforts have produced extensive coverage in Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, and Crain’s, along with all local broadcast stations. Beyond traditional media outlets, Dave is skilled at leading social and digital media campaigns to help clients achieve results.

Dave serves as the client lead and provides in-depth strategic counsel and media relations to several international clients, including Discovery, Inc. and CRRC Sifang America. He works with several healthcare organizations including Exthera Medical Corporation and Medical Home Network (MHN). Other clients include Republic Services, McDonalds, C3 and Advocate Aurora Health.

Dave directs Resolute’s day-to-day business operations including client services. His results-driven management helps ensure the highest levels of quality and accountability across the firm. His engaged, intuitive leadership creates a collaborative and client-centered environment.

Prior to joining Resolute, Dave was a senior communicator at Kemper Insurance and the American Property Casualty Insurance Association. At Kemper, Dave was responsible for internal and external communications for several of the corporation’s business units in addition to managing the organization’s corporate communications, working closely with Kemper’s C-suite executives.

Dave has been recognized with industry awards including the Chicago/Midwest Emmy, Publicity Club of Chicago, Bulldog Reporter, Public Relations Society of America, PR News and the International Association of Business Communicators. He serves on the boards of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Chicago/Midwest chapter, and the Chicago Area Public Affairs Group, and is also a former president of the Publicity Club of Chicago.
