Lauren excels in activating teams, driving strategy, and keeping campaigns moving toward success. A highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver, she works with clients across sectors and public policy issues to develop and implement communications and outreach plans.

Lauren works seamlessly among Resolute’s Chicago-based, national, and international clients managing communications, government relations, outreach, and special events. Recently, she helped manage a national outreach and engagement campaign for Discovery, Inc’s effort to protect free and independent media in Poland – successfully securing one of the company’s television license in the face of aggressive political opposition. She also manages teams for other global clients. Lauren played a key role in a high-stakes Washington, D.C. media effort for CRRC Sifang America and managed their milestone event that celebrated employees’ first day on the job at the railcar facility with a host of local dignitaries.

Current client work includes managing Build Our Way Out, a workforce development initiative, and providing in-depth strategic counsel and media relations to several healthcare organizations including Medical Home Network (MHN), ExThera Medical Corporation, and Gale Healthcare Solutions.  She also managed all event logistics for MHN’s Ideas Exchange Conferences. She has been instrumental in developing app communications for clients, as well as Resolute Strategic Services. At Resolute, Lauren plays a pivotal role by providing counsel and direction for internal communications and organizational leadership. She was recognized as Resolute’s Employee of the Year in 2018 and 2021 for her outstanding leadership and commitment.

Lauren previously worked for the academic Department of Communication at the University of Illinois in several capacities, including social media adviser, researcher, and teaching assistant. In addition, she was an earned and social media relations specialist at a suburban Chicago business. Lauren also interned for Resolute and as an editorial assistant with a regional media company.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and serves on the Ravinia Associates Board.
